SERVICES OFFERED

A PA state-mandated fee for the act of notarizing a document which is listed below is assessed along with a travel/convenience fee of $50. This fee is subject to increase based on the following: 

-For Mobile Notarizations: mileage traveled from my location of zip code 19026 to yours. 

-For Remote Online Notarizations: how many documents, signatures and/or witnesses are needed. 

-For any specialty services, please use the contact us form and a quote will be provided.

*All fees are discussed prior to the notarization appointment.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Maximum Notary Fees:

• Executing Acknowledgments $5

              In Executing Acknowledgments $2 (each additional signature)

• Executing Affidavits $5 (for all signatures)
• Executing Signature Witnessing $5 (for each signature)
• Executing Certificates $5 (per certified copy)
• Administering Oaths $5 (per individual taking an oath)
• Taking Depositions $3 (per page)
• Executing Verifications $5
• Executing Protests $3 (per page)
